I’m ready to book, what next?

Our team will issue a deposit invoice via email and once payment is confirmed, a booking confirmation with the carrier will be emailed.

How do I track my shipment?

  1. You can track online using our secure tracking portal. You will be emailed a login after a deposit is made.
  2. Track on the carrier website using the booking confirmation number.

How long does it take for my shipment to arrive?

Carrier transit times vary from 5-6 weeks, door to door. Weather, port congestion, and COVID-19 are currently increasing transit times. Transit times are not guaranteed and schedules can change at any time.

Will Euro Shippers load the container?

We do not provide packing service. You are welcome to arrange packing with a 3rd party. If you are interested in hiring a licensed packing service, please let us know in advance so we can confirm where they want to load the container.

How will I know when my container is arriving at the port?
